Clover Troubleshooting

Instructions for Clover Mini. Check the transaction before retrying a card, then confirm power, network, printer, and device status.

If the screen is slow or frozen, the payment may still be processing. A quick check helps avoid charging the guest twice.

  1. Give the device a moment before starting another payment.
  2. Open Transactions and match the amount, time, and card.
  3. If it says paid or successful, use that transaction. If unsure, call below.

  1. Power and hub: Confirm the power, Ethernet, and cash-drawer cables are firmly connected to the Clover Hub.
  2. Connection: Open Help > menu > Diagnostics. Check Wi-Fi/server status, then run Connection Status > Speed Test if needed.
