Fast Troubleshooting
- ๐ Device won't turn on? Plug it in, wait 30 seconds, and hold the power button to restart.
- ๐ Stuck on a lock or blank screen? Tap all 4 screen corners or enter

- ๐ถ Payment failing or still stuck? Call text or call phone numbers below.
1. Check Wi-Fi Connection
- Swipe down on home screen โ Tap gear icon (โ๏ธ).
- Go to Network & Internet โ Wi-Fi.
- Select your Wi-Fi โ enter password if needed.
- Return to Register app and try again.
2. Restart the Device
- Hold power button (5โ10 sec) โ Tap Restart.
- Mini: If stuck, open printer lid โ press & hold green reset button.
- Flex: Use side power button or restart from settings.
- Go: Restart phone or app.
3. Run a Test Transaction
- Open Register app.
- Tap โCustom Itemโ โ name it โTest Donationโ.
- Set amount to $1.00 โ tap Pay.
- Use any working card โ look for โSuccessโ.
- To void: Open Transactions app โ Tap $1 payment โ Tap Void.
- Go: Find transaction in Clover Go app โ Tap Void.
