Fast Troubleshooting
- 🔌 Device won't turn on? Plug it in, wait 30 seconds, and hold the power button to restart.
- 🔐 Stuck on a lock or blank screen? Tap all 4 screen corners or enter
Your Pinto enter device. - 📶 Payment failing or still stuck? Call text or call phone numbers below.
1. Check Wi-Fi Connection
- Swipe down on home screen → Tap gear icon (⚙️).
- Go to Network & Internet → Wi-Fi.
- Select your Wi-Fi → enter password if needed.
- Return to Register app and try again.
2. Restart the Device
- Hold power button (5–10 sec) → Tap Restart.
- Mini: If stuck, open printer lid → press & hold green reset button.
- Flex: Use side power button or restart from settings.
- Go: Restart phone or app.
3. Run a Test Transaction
- Open Register app.
- Tap “Custom Item” → name it “Test Donation”.
- Set amount to $1.00 → tap Pay.
- Use any working card → look for “Success”.
- To void: Open Transactions app → Tap $1 payment → Tap Void.
- Go: Find transaction in Clover Go app → Tap Void.
