Fast Troubleshooting

1. 🔌 Device won't turn on? Plug it in, wait 30 seconds, and hold the power button to restart.
   • Mini/Flex: Power button is on the side or back.
   • Go: Ensure Bluetooth & location are ON. Reconnect via Clover Go app.
2. 📶 App is slow or payment fails? Tap Help → Diagnostics → Run Speed Test.
3. 🖨️ Not printing receipts? Open the Printer app → restart printer if needed → check cables.
4. 🔐 Stuck on a lock or blank screen? Tap all 4 screen corners or enter 1234 to exit.
5. ✅ Still stuck? Hold power to force restart the device.

1. Check Wi-Fi Connection

• Swipe down on home screen → Tap gear icon (⚙️).
• Go to Network & Internet → Wi-Fi.
• Select your Wi-Fi → enter password if needed.
• Return to Register app and try again.

2. Restart the Device

• Hold power button (5–10 sec) → Tap Restart.
• Mini: If stuck, open printer lid → press & hold green reset button.
• Flex: Use side power button or restart from settings.
• Go: Restart phone or app.

3. Run a Test Transaction

• Open Register app.
• Tap “Custom Item” → name it “Test Donation”.
• Set amount to $1.00 → tap Pay.
• Use any working card → look for “Success”.
• To void: Open Transactions app → Tap $1 payment → Tap Void.
• Go: Find transaction in Clover Go app → Tap Void.

4. Can't Log In?

• If you're locked out or don’t see your screen, use the PIN taped to your station or cashbox.
• Quick fix: Tap all 4 corners of the screen → enter 1234 (or your team's PIN).
